As reported by The Los Angeles Times, lawsuits filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday allege that Erika Walton, 8, and Arriani Jaileen Arroyo, 9, both took part in the blackout challenge after TikTok’s algorithm recommended videos of others engaging in the trend....
Upping the resolution to 1440p we still find very playable performance on relatively inexpensive hardware. The RX 470 stands out here as an amazingly good value, averaging 56fps and never dipping below 42fps. The GTX 1060 3GB also performed well, as did the older GTX 970, but if you want to stay above 50fps at all times then the R9 Nano, Fury, Fury X or GTX 980 Ti will be required....

The US Senate proposed a bill called the “Uncap America Act,” which looks to ban data caps from broadband providers that appear predatory. Using medium quality settings with 4xAA/4xAF enabled mixed things up a bit. At 1680x1050 the Radeon HD 4870 was actually faster than the GeForce GTX 260 by a small margin, while both the Radeon HD 4770 and HD 4850 overtook the GeForce GTX 250. The Radeon HD 4870 remained slightly faster at 1920x1200 when compared to the GeForce GTX 260, while the Radeon HD 4770 and HD 4850 were able to overpower the GeForce GTS 250....
Most of the issues I had with the Mi Max relate to its size. At 6.44-inches, there is simply no comfortable way to hold and operate this smartphone in one hand, at least without resorting to constantly using the one-handed software mode. Interestingly, despite seeing no real evidence of a performance advantage in previous synthetic and real-world benchmarks, we found that when running compression tests using WinRAR that the Asrock H55M Pro did provide a small performance advantage. This board was a fraction faster than the Gigabyte H55M-UD2H, while the Asus P7H55-M Pro was the slowest board tested.
As we just mentioned, we’re not impressed with the appearance, layout or functionality of the Z77H2-AX’s UEFI, so let’s take a closer look at why. Upon entering the BIOS, you’re presented with the screen pictured above. There’s a language menu that doesn’t need to be in your face every time you enter the UEFI. The same can be said about the Default menu, which simply lets you load the BIOS defaults – not exactly something you need to be presented with right away....
Moving on we have Call of Duty WWII and here we see when using the normal quality settings that the 5820K does quite well even before it’s overclocked. Wound up to 4.6GHz, the chip is able to match the Core i5-8400 with an impressive average of 200fps and that’s just 10% slower than the Core i7-8700K at 4.8GHz. Interestingly, the margin actually grows with the extra quality settings in play and now the overclocked 5820K is 14% slower than the overclocked 8700K....
The touchscreen packs in 1080p resolution with great vertical viewing angles and better than average horizontal ones. By all accounts it is not an IPS display. In terms of picture, the S7 doesn’t disappoint. Colors are bright without being overblown and blacks are as inky as you please. Audio is a pleasant surprise. The speakers, peeking out from the left and right sides of the deck achieve a strong degree of stereo separation....
